Having a lawyer that understands that certain criminal convictions may affect a person’s immigration status is very important. Many times there are immigration consequences to criminal case outcomes and having a lawyer that understands the potential immigration impact is vital. Our office provides state criminal representation. We also conduct analysis of pending criminal charges and criminal convictions on clients’ immigration status. In addition, we accept state postconviction cases.
Wills & Powers of Attorney
Our office can prepare your will or power of attorney documents (financial and medical) to make sure you are as prepared as you can be if the unthinkable happens. Often the centerpiece of estate planning, your will is the legal document that details how your property or inheritance will be distributed upon your death. A will protects your loved ones by ensuring that you, not the court, will decide how to distribute your assets. Let us prepare the documents that will help take care of your family.
