Isaac Medina

Isaac Medina joined the firm in November 2024 after having practiced immigration law for three years in eastern Iowa. Isaac grew up in central Iowa and later attended the University of Iowa, graduating in the fall of 2017 with a double major in History and Political Science. After earning his Juris Doctor in 2021 from the University of Cincinnati, he returned to Iowa to help fill the void in the lack of bilingual representation.

Isaac is a native Spanish speaker and growing up in an immigrant household drew him to the practice of immigration law. He handles a variety of immigration related cases including removal defense in Immigration Court, family-based immigration petitions, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), U Visa, Special Immigrant Juvenile visas and related guardianships.

Isaac is admitted to practice law in Iowa and is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association (ISBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
